Questions: We are inquiring as to what other members are doing in regards to physicals for Executive Officers and Senior Management. They ask:
1. Do you provide physicals for management employees?
2. How often are these physicals provided?
3. What level of management is provided with physical exams?

Answers: Yes we do provide annual physicals if the person chooses to take advantage of it. They are available to “senior” managers as defined by job grade. It includes all of the items listed.

1 - 3. Yes, we provide physical exams for all employees on a schedule based on age, i.e., less than 30 years old every 5 years to over 50 every year.
Urine and Blood tests including PSA for males; stress test, blood pressure and general exam by company physician

All employees including managerial, senior execs and our physicians are required to have a full p.e. upon hire. Annual health questionnaires are required thereafter. Chest xrays are only necessary if there is a positive mantoux.

Physicals are done through our self insured medical plan and nothing is done separate for management etc...

Every new hire gets a physical with hearing test and drug screen. We do not offer anything else just for management. However, our health plan allows for annual physicals with only a $15 copay.
