Whom do you call when you have a question about Family Leave or the ADA? Whom do you turn to when you have a difficult disciplinary or termination situation? Where do you call when you don’t know where to go with a business question?

MACNY members can access the “HR Hotline” for timely advice and counsel on personnel policies and practices, compensation and benefits, regulatory interpretation, immigration, federal and state labor law, current trends, and national information

We will find answers and provide appropriate support documentation. We maintain copies of federal and state employment laws and government publications. MACNY has as members local law firms that also answer your questions as part of the “hotline” service.
