My organization has a Vision Care Plan. Are we required to include vision care when we extend COBRA continuation benefits after a qualifying event?
Answer:
Covered plans for COBRA continuation include hospital, medical, dental, prescription drug, hearing and vision group insurance plans including self-insured plans.
