Introduction
The mission of the Quality Professionals Council is to “promote the free exchange of ideas and expertise related to quality and environmental management systems in a noncompetitive manner, and to assist our members, as well as CNY’s manufacturers, in achieving the best in management systems for their organizations.”
The Quality Professionals Council typically meets on the second Friday of every month between October and May at MACNY headquarters. Meetings typically start at 7:30 AM and end by 9:30 AM. Continental breakfast is included, funded by your membership dues.

Building on the benchmarking presentation from last March, Neil Cambridge took us to the next level of understanding with an interactive session focusing on how we can use benchmarking to enhance our organization’s performance.
