MACNY, The Manufacturers Association of Central New York, is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Stage to Director of Apprenticeship & Workforce Development.
Amy first joined MACNY in March 2022 as the Manager of Apprenticeship & Workforce Development as an accomplished workforce development professional with over 13 years of experience, specializing in a wide range of job seeker services including individual employment planning, career pathway development, job search strategies, and career coaching.
As a leader on MACNY’s talent development team, Amy will serve as a senior subject-matter expert for registered apprenticeships focused on equity and access for the Jobs for the Future IDEA-M grant and provide state-wide support for national workforce initiatives such as the New York State Manufacturers Intermediary Apprenticeship Program (NYSMIAP) and the Growing Apprenticeships in Nanotechnology and Semiconductors (GAINS) program, among other national workforce initiatives.
