After more than 11 years with the organization, Cindy Nave will retire from MACNY, The Manufacturers Association on June 30, 2024.

Cindy joined MACNY in 2013 as the Chief Operations Officer with goals to grow membership and add value to the manufacturing community. She proved to be exactly the right person for the role. As MACNY grew, Cindy took on additional responsibilities and became the organization’s first Chief Member Engagement Officer—spending more time with members to understand how MACNY could better serve them, while also growing the membership at large. We owe a great deal to Cindy and her leadership for helping us transform into the association we are today.

The entire team at MACNY and our Board of Directors are so grateful for Cindy’s 11+ year tenure and wish her a wonderful retirement full of all the things she loves.
