More than 70% of all lost-time back injuries are linked to manual material handling injuries. Eight out of every 10 people will suffer back pain requiring medical attention at some point in their lives, and billions of dollars are spent each year on low back pain. MEMIC will share a simplified approach to help attendees identify hazards and apply ergonomic principles towards improving performance and reducing risk.
